We are expanding our Mountbatten Neighbours project and require some much needed administration support.
The role will consist of:
* Being the go-to person for our Mountbatten Neighbours currently supporting clients in their homes and raising concerns with the Neighbour Coordinator.
* Recording and collating referrals.
* Contacting the client/patient to arrange visits between the Neighbour and Neighbour Coordinator.
* Liaising with the clinical team(s).
* Keeping accurate records.
* Organising the monthly support meeting.
Skills
You will need:
* Good organisational skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications and Teams.
* Confidence to make initial contact with clients/patients.
* A clinical/medical receptionist background would be an advantage.
When can I volunteer?
Start Date: 16/08/2024
End Date: 30/09/2024
Availability Details
The days/hours will be led by the applicant. Any day/time Monday to Friday for a minimum of 2 hours a week.
