Overall Objective: To assist in the completion of high-quality work, whilst adhering to all programme deadlines and complying with all Health and Safety working practices and legislation. Key Accountabilities: Assist the Assistant/Site Manager in carrying out their responsibilities Assist with opening and closing the site Assist with site inductions Assist the Subcontractors and assist the Site Manager in programming of works Working with the Assistant/Site Manager to supervise all subcontract trades Assist the Assistant/Site Manager in the coordination of subcontractors and material deliveries ensuring an efficient build Assist with scheduling to ensure targets are met and a high quality is achieved Assist in ensuring all working methods are performed correctly and to a high standard Assist the Assistant/Site Manager in completing all required paperwork including, updates, Health and Safety, environmental, material returns Comply with Esh policies, procedures, and instructions Assist in implementing any new ideas / methods and seek ways of improving contributions to the organisation’s goals ensuring the reputation of the company Liaise with our client’s representatives to ensure highest possible satisfaction and all relevant inspections are completed on time It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder.
