Job Description
Location: Windsor
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workflow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in defining, documenting, and optimizing key lead management, lead nurturing, reharvest and upsell campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of workflow systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management and Lead Nurturing:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand lead management and lead nurturing processes and activities.
- Define and document key lead management and lead nurturing workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their activities, requirements, and pain points.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead management, lead nurturing and sales performance.
2. Reharvest and Upsell campaigns:
- Take a lead role in designing outbound reharvest and upsell campaigns to target specific customer segments.
- Document campaign strategies, including objectives, target audience, compliance constraints and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
3. Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with business users to gather and document requirements for workflow or campaign management enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and workflow and campaign system capabilities.
4. Monitoring and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate lead management, lead nurturing, reharvest and upsell processes to identify areas for optimization.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications

and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within workflow or campaign management systems.
- Strong understanding of lead management, sales processes, and campaign management best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred:
- Certification in Business Analysis.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
