The Senior Care & Support Worker will assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme, including compliance with residential care home regulations, other statutory requirements, and Radius's own policies and procedures. In the absence of the Scheme Manager, the Senior Care & Support Worker will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme.

Salary: £33,366 (SP23) to £37,938 (SP28) per annum
This is a fixed-term position. The Association Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55s to general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
Criteria: To be shortlisted, candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
1. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include English and Maths at Grade C or above OR a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or Registered Nurse live on the NMC register or current and registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
2. Minimum of 1 year relevant consistent and continuous experience at supervisory level in a formal caring environment.
3. Practical experience in the management, control, and administration of medications.
