Experience of outdoor events, including sports, leisure or festivals, highly advantageous. Current event management experience with the ability to manage multiple events is essential An intrinsic understanding of how a broad range of events are not only produced safely and economically, but how they are experienced by the customer and how we can always optimise the experience for the end user. Experience of successfully working to deadlines and targets. Customer centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and embracing change in a fast-paced environment Confident presenter and facilitator Experience of budget setting, budget management and delivering an efficient return on investment Ability to create and deliver operational plans, with an eye on the bigger picture, as well as operational detail. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders and event suppliers. Sound planning and project management skills and experience. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Presentation and report writing skills Adaptability and a proven record of pivoting priorities across multiple projects Health & Safety experience relating to events, and/or first aid certification is advantageous Fluency in business English with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels Strong stakeholder management and effective negotiation skills Accurate and organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task Work well under pressure and enjoys a challenge An ambitious self-starter with the demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up their sleeves and do what is needed to get the job done A solid understanding of event production, including tech, logistics and health and safety Commercially minded, with a knowledge of economics behind events You must be a problem solver, coming the table with and implementing solutions Experience in a similar industry advantageous but not essential.
