Key Purpose
As a Programme Manager at Ricardo, you will be responsible for successfully leading a number of complex, fast-paced projects simultaneously on behalf of diverse global Customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support or lead projects with multi-million-pound revenue and multi-year life cycles.
* Be the senior Customer interface for the project, establishing strong and effective Customer relationships.
* Lead project reviews, creation and management of timing plans, minutes, and budget ownership.
* Provide Customer support through the program life-cycle including after-sales.
* Manage and monitor project scope and lead customer negotiations on change.
* Report commercial/financial/project health to senior members of the management team.
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with project management policies and procedures.
Required Technical Skills and Knowledge
* Fluency in German (and English) to support customers based in Germany.
* Automotive project delivery experience, preferably within motorsport drive train project delivery.
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project.
* Aptitude for logical, methodical problem-solving using techniques such as 8D.
* APM member, ideally at full level or similar.
* Able to demonstrate continuous learning throughout their career.
* Good working knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems.
Additional/Special Features of the Role
* Based from the Leamington Spa office with occasional travel throughout the EU.
