The role Join the Bradfield Development Authority as a Senior Strategic Program Manager and lead the delivery of the Bradfield City Centre Major Works Program. This pivotal role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program and organisational objectives, ensuring strategic business outcomes are met. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic program management systems and frameworks, managing budgets and cost controls, and providing technical advice on emerging project issues. As a Senior Strategic Program Manager, you will lead the development and maintenance of strategic program management functions, including governance and reporting. You will manage budget and cost controls, focusing on risk management across project streams. Your role will involve collaborating on the preparation of strategic, governance, and operational documentation, and establishing relationships with project teams to ensure program deliverables are met. Expertise in managing cost and risk controls across complex precinct-based delivery programs. Strong communication, consultation, and negotiation skills to manage varying expectations and interests.
