The role will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of manufacturing documentation and information for the high integrity mechanical components being procured for the UK EPR for Hinkley Point C & Sizewell C Nuclear Power Stations to technical reviewers.
The successful individual will have an understanding of manufacturing documents & document management.
The role includes coordination and elements of client and stakeholder relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate contractual document processes and system uploads / management (CCIS, Switch, EIR and EIP Processes).
2. Coordination of documents to internal LRQA Resources on Camino (Internal document system).
3. Creation of placeholders in Camino for Inspection reports (Internal System).
4. Provide assistance to the Project team for all documentation management activities.
5. Assist in producing reports/certificates/documents to an agreed format and within an agreed timescale.
6. Assist data collection, analysis and presentation of reports as required and aligned to the KPI’s and agreed processes.
7. Assist colleagues in delivering services to internal/external clients including creating and maintaining technical file systems, maintaining computer databases and other technical administrative assistance as required.
8. Contribute to internal/external client management, as appropriate, by acting as point of contact to effectively manage client and LRQA relationships.
9. Collate and communicate customer feedback to relevant parties seeking improvements to processes and customer service.
10. Undertake and maintain personal authorisations. Follow up on training plans. Pursue continuous professional development.
11. Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.
12. Maintain and develop relationships at peer level within the client.
13. Update the LRQA-A service delivery team ensuring communication and understanding of progress and opportunities.
14. Administer & practice strict confidentiality in accordance with the project & company confidentiality requirements.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Must have completed secondary education, relevant apprenticeship or equivalent. For direct entrant, likely to possess relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University, or equivalent.
2. Shall be proficient in coordination and management of document systems.
3. Proficiency in English language commensurate with the work (both written and verbal).
4. Competent in MS Office suite of software.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Likely to have 2-5 years’ relevant working experience.
