Day and Respite Service – Promoting Health, Ensuring Care
Are you a passionate leader looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Day and Respite service at Bradbury House and The Meadows in Salisbury, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs across Wiltshire.
The Meadows Day service works with individuals to provide meaningful activities that promote independence, engagement and wellbeing. The Bradbury House Respite service offers essential overnight support to give families and carers a well-deserved break.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in managing the daily operations. You’ll lead a team of Support and Senior Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. From supervising staff and overseeing care plans to ensuring safeguarding and compliance, you’ll be at the heart of a service that truly changes lives.
To succeed, you’ll need experience in adult social care, strong leadership skills and a commitment to empowering both customers and staff. A Level 4 diploma (or a commitment to undertake this qualification) is required, along with a flexible and hands-on approach.
On-call payments:
Monday-Friday £15.41
Saturday £23.18
Sunday/bank holidays £30.82
Calls 1 hour + additional hours subsequently £19.51
