As a Client Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to key business clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
This position involves acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling their queries, and working closely with team leaders to provide seamless service. You'll collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily client inquiries efficiently.
* Promote the use of digital self-service options to streamline client interactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Assist the Client Service Team in identifying and implementing service improvements.
* Coordinate with internal teams across global locations to ensure smooth client service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Must be fluent in French, both written and spoken.
* Must have experience in account or client management within a Financial Services environment.
* Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Strong problem-solving skills, taking the initiative to investigate and resolve issues independently.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
