Salary: A£27,598 per annum, pro rata based on A£35,000 full time equivalent

The Role
They are seeking to appoint a Personal Assistant for their Executive Leadership Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and experienced PA to join their professional administrative support team.
The role is temporary (maternity cover), term time only, with an expected duration of 10-12 months, commencing in April 2025.
You will be working closely with the Bursar and other members of the Executive Leadership Team, providing a highly professional and efficient administration support service. These senior staff roles each require PA support, but not on a full-time basis, allowing one full-time role to successfully support them.
The role will work closely with the Head's PA as part of a small successful team. There will be periods when work will be interchangeable, and you will need to work closely together to ensure that the leadership team is fully supported.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven successful experience of working as a PA.
2. Ideally educated to graduate or equivalent levels of experience.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, considerable emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively with governors, staff, parents, pupils, alumni, and external bodies.
4. A close attention to detail and a conscientious approach with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and multi-task.
6. Well-developed ICT skills with a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
7. Well-developed written communication skills, with excellent standards of literacy and the ability to proofread and draft high-quality correspondence.
8. A 'can do' attitude and a flexible approach to tasks.
9. Initiative and practical problem-solving skills.
10. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with complete tact and discretion.
11. A strong customer service ethos and an excellent telephone manner.
12. Good team working and time management skills.
