What skills and experience we're looking for
The leadership team of Graven Hill Primary and Preschool are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational Key Stage 1 teacher to join our growing team on a full time basis.
Graven Hill Primary and Preschool is part of the highly successful and aspirational Warriner Multi Academy Trust and we are looking for a standout teacher with enthusiasm, vision and drive to lead teaching and learning in Year 1.
Working closely with Head Teacher, Matt Green and the wider MAT Improvement Team, led by our School Improvement Director, you will work in partnership with our existing Key Stage colleagues to lead all aspects of teaching and learning in one of our Key Stage 1 classes.
The successful applicant will be ambitious for the school, understand the importance of organisational culture and the role it plays in school improvement, be a clear communicator, proactively engage in educational research and drive improvements in Key Stage 1 and across the school in your curriculum area.
