Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
2. Champion workplace culture initiatives, including employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
3. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and practices that align with the organisation’s values and objectives.
4. Lead and support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
5. Coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction programs to ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported.
