What you will be doing The incumbent will be responsible for administration of all statutory and non-statutory employee benefits programs/activities of the assigned country/countries. Will work under supervision of Benefits Manager for benefits administration of in-house employees. Responsibilities include: • Manage Total Rewards Program: Help design, communicate, and administer Worldpay’s comprehensive benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and other perks. • Vendor Partnership & Management: Work closely with external benefit vendors, ensuring quality service, compliance, and smooth execution of all benefit programs. You’ll oversee vendor performance, negotiate renewals, and assess the competitiveness of our offerings. • Employee Support & Ticket Management: Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing clear, timely responses through our ticketing system. You’ll troubleshoot issues, educate employees on benefits, and make sure every question is answered thoroughly and accurately. • Data & Compliance: Track and analyze data on employee benefits utilization, manage audits, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your insights will help shape the future of our benefits offerings and improve employee satisfaction. • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within our benefits processes and assist in implementing new strategies to enhance the employee experience. You’ll stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to Worldpay’s benefits program. What you bring Right attitude with desire to learn and deliver value to the organization. Graduation from a recognized college/university. Experience in Benefits administration. Descent communication skills. Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheet) is a must have competency desired for the candidate.
