Join our dynamic team as a Digital Project Coordinator! In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our Digital Marketing team, supporting budget and financial processes, planning team events and logistics (both virtual and in-person), streamlining traffic management and ticket monitoring in our ticketing system, and contributing to a variety of impactful team activities. Requirements
o To facilitate the successful completion and implementation of various digital initiatives, you will assist the Head of Digital Marketing Operations throughout the entire project management process. This includes overseeing specific projects, devising project plans and resource allocation strategies, as well as ensuring that our delivery timelines align with our sprint-focused approach.
o Assist in the development of project documents, collaborating with the team to clearly define the project scope.
o Contribute to the allocation of resources for Digital projects, while also providing support for day-to-day business activities when necessary.
o To ensure a seamless workflow, you will be responsible for generating and sharing insightful Weekly Review reports that provide a comprehensive overview of the team's performance in completing both core and mini projects. Additionally, you will conduct daily stand-up meetings with digital project teams to monitor progress, address any risks or issues (RAID-C items), and promptly escalate any urgent matters.
o Support the Head of Digital Marketing Operations in managing and delivering the Digital strategy and projects.
o Collaborate with Stakeholders from digital and other markets to define project scopes, provide reporting and updates, including monthly Digital PSR reviews.
o Ensure timely tracking of Anaplan documents and escalate any issues as necessary.
o Collaborate with the Digital Business Analyst to plan and allocate resources for requirements received from Digital and the wider M&I team (e.g., Category Marketing).
o Manage the Digital Team's BAU OPEX budget, including raising, managing, and closing POs, receipting invoices against POs, monthly reconciliation of team spend, updating accruals, forecasting annual spend, and assisting in the creation of the annual Digital Marketing AOP, as required, in collaboration with the Digital CRO, Product, and Deployment Manager and Digital Marketing Director.
