Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Slough – Trading Estate
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) ⏰
Job Summary: ⭐ We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.⭐
Key Responsibilities :
✅Manage office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
✅Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed.
✅Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
✅Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
✅Oversee budgeting and financial management for office expenses.
✅Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
✅Facilitate communication between departments and assist with project management.
✅Organise company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
✅Dealing with health and safety, sales in the office
Qualifications:
✅Experience in office management or a similar role would be beneficial
✅Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
✅Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
