A permanent vacancy has arisen within the Audiology Service for a Band Advanced Audiologist/ Clinical Scientist, to assist in the provision of a high quality Audiology service to the population of North Wales served by BCUHB. The post holder will perform duties within the Adult Audiology service as described in the job description with a particular focus on vestibular assessment and diagnostic audiology. The successful applicant will have skills and experience in vestibular assessment. The post-holder will be based at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
Main duties of the job
This is an ideal opportunity to further develop clinical and service development skills in a supportive and progressive environment. There will be responsibility to train and supervise other clinical staff where appropriate. The Audiology team consists of Clinical Scientists, Audiologists, Associate and Assistant Audiologists. This team is committed to the development and delivery of high quality patient centered services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
