We are recruiting an IT Support role for a thriving company based in Witney, due to company growth. The IT Support will help ensure that the customer improves the standard of their ICT provision and that they are enabled to deliver effective productivity through ICT solutions. This is an onsite role based at client sites across Oxfordshire and a few just over the Gloucestershire border, so your own transport is essential. You will be the first port of call for all client ICT needs, whilst resolving technical problems as soon as possible. You will provide excellent communication so they know exactly when you are coming and when your next visit is. You will ensure the clients are aware of the customer portal and all of our services including installations service, training, support, MIS Support & GDPR. You will work with the clients to ensure they are getting the best level of ICT service. The ideal candidate will have relevant IT qualifications with experience of ICT and technical issues (ideally 2 nd Line Support experience, however 1st Line Support experience will be considered)) and basic knowledge of programming. You will be adaptable and able to cope with change including travel to a variety of clients.
