This is an opportunity for a hard working individual to join the Adult Therapies Physiotherapy Department at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a Receptionist /Clerical Officer to join our specialist outpatient teams working at Weston General Hospital. The Adult Therapies, Physiotherapy Department is responsible for the assessment and management of outpatients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Key experience you will need to apply for the role:
- Previous experience of being an initial point of contact for patients
- The ability to communicate effectively both via telephone and in person
- Appetite to learn and develop
- IT literate.
- Previous experience using Careflow or other patient administration system is desirable
The role of Receptionist / Clerical Officer is to serve as a contact for patients accessing our services. We are a small dynamic team providing an excellent service to our patients and staff. You will be working within a small team who enjoy a supportive and friendly working environment, where we encourage participation and learning from one another at all times and focus our efforts towards a patient centred service.
