We are recruiting on their behalf for an IT Senior Analyst to be the primary point of contact for colleagues reporting issues and seeking advice, providing high quality customer service in a timely manner.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, offering a salary up to £45,000 which is demonstrable with experience.
This is a varied position involving both reactive and proactive covering all aspects of IT support. You will be able to work on notebook PC and iPhone/iPad equipment and Microsoft software and be expected to own and manage issues through to resolution for colleagues. You will provide all levels of support to colleagues which are split between office based and remote, this will include occasional visits to customer locations
IT Senior Analyst main duties:
1. Responsible for managing ServiceDesk priorities, meeting colleague expectations and working to deadlines.
2. Maintain IT infrastructure and network security across all UK sites.
