Sales Assistants Carbon60 are currently hiring for Sales Assistants to join the team at one of our exciting, expanding Water Hygiene and Treatment clients based in Wokingham.As a result of growth, our client is looking for additional sales support including managing customer enquiries, associated administration tasks, ensuring documentation is prepared and stored accurately, as well as collaborating with the sales team ensuring seamless operations.This role would suit an individual who has at least one year experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing/sales position and looking to join a family-feel business who operate within a fruitful industry and has great established progression/development pathways.Salary and Package: Up to £29k p/a + Incentive Scheme + Company Tech for Business UseWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per weekKey Responsibilities:First port of call for all customer enquiries, ensuring they are responded to promptly and managed effectively - ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefrontOffer administration support to the sales team including quote preparation, proposals and reportsAssist the team in meeting sales targets by identifying potential opportunities to up or cross sellEnsure CRM system is kept up-to-date and maintainedLiaise with other departments when necessary following customer enquiries/issuesSupport sales team on customer visits/meetings Required Experience, Qualifications and Qualities:Minimum of One Year experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or sales environmentSolid academic background - ideally minimum of A-levels or similarExcellent written and verbal communication - including telephone mannerIT literate with Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with CRM systems would be advantageousResilience and ability to operate under pressure is essential If you meet the minimum requirements and would like to discuss this position further, please apply directly.Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
