We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate social media and marketing executive to join our team, and are looking for a brilliant individual to support the creation and delivery of social media, photography and videography across all media channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day to day management and responsibility for delivery of social media across all channels including creating, sourcing, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and engaging with key target audiences.
2. Working with the Head of Sales and Marketing to develop targeted social media advertising campaigns, both organic and paid.
3. Working with the Head of Sales and Marketing to implement a long-term social media strategy, focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
4. Implementing a social media listening strategy to stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Keeping up-to-date with visitor trends and preferences, and understanding how different audiences like to be marketed to.
6. Managing the paid social media budget in conjunction with the monthly goals of the marketing team.
7. Updating image and video libraries ensuring permissions are adhered to.
8. Updating the Robin Hill website with relevant changes using our CMS system.
9. Creating, building, testing and sending marketing emails and reporting on performance.
10. Assisting the wider team with the creation of blog posts and case studies.
11. Contributing to the marketing teams core KPIs by increasing reach, engagement and lead generation from social platforms.
12. Responding to social media queries and developing discussions.
13. Analysing social media data and trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficiency.
14. Working with the marketing and wider team to promote overall brand through social channels.
Essential Skills and Experience
1. To have an understanding of social media trends and experience of key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
2. Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
3. GCSE English, Maths and Science to be Grade 4 (or equivalent) and above.
4. GCSE/A-Level or higher in Graphic Design or similar subject.
5. Excellent written English and a natural flair for writing.
6. Ability to future plan and work months in advance, but also have the flexibility to integrate ad hoc content into the social media strategy.
Experience:
1. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Desirable Skills:
1. Strong verbal and written communication.
2. Understanding of WordPress CMS or similar website backend portals.
3. A passion for photography and videography.
4. Confidence when speaking to people at all levels.
5. Confident in taking photos and video of members of the public.
6. Knowledge of iMovie or PremierPro or similar.
Personal Attributes
1. Enthusiasm to learn about marketing and communications.
2. Interest in digital marketing.
3. Aptitude to pick up new software systems quickly.
4. Good writing and proof-reading skills.
5. Ability to contribute marketing ideas to support campaign strategy.
6. Capacity to work on multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
