The Role
You will work on CPQ development, design and manage a team.
Key responsibilities
~Liaise with key stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements, transforming business requirements in technical requirements, and working with cross functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution
~Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions
~Drives technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions
Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
~Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.)
~Overall knowledge of solution components (transformation platform, integration platform etc.) that are outside of the Salesforce platform.
~Hands-on knowledge on Platform Security, PII data security, Authentication & Authorization.
Integration (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect etc.), Data Migration and Deployment Strategy
People Managers have regular 1-on-1s, perform annual reviews etc.
~Sales Support: Help scope, solution, and estimate sales opportunities alongside a delivery lead. Assist in SOW creation, etc.
~Practice Development: Mentor resources, take on leadership roles to expand overall practice capabilities, etc.
~Value Addition: Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
1. Min 8 years to max 12 years’ experience in technology (product and engineering) and a minimum of 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ Development exposure.
2. Minimum of 4+ Years of experience in Sales cloud
3. Must have experience in LWC, Apex coding, flows, integration, AURA and JavaScript.
4. In depth Salesforce CPQ Experience. In addition to CPQ knowledge must have functional and technical knowledge (Like Product configurations, Bundles, Quoting process, Pricing, Discounting and Workflows).
5. Candidate should be able to lead the team and support on application design
6. Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
7. Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.
8. Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions using Salesforce CPQ capabilities of Salesforce platform.
9. Good communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications:
1. Must have Salesforce Platform Developer 2
2. CPQ Functional associate certifications
3. Sales cloud certification
Good to have:
-Exposure on Agile methodology
-Experience in CI/CD and deployment tools. Should be able to streamline deployment process.
