About the role
The Programme Lead will be critical in delivering our online part-time EMBA programme. This programme took its first cohort in the 2024 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the MBA Health programmes at the UCL Global Business School for Health, based at UCL East. The programme focuses on giving EMBA students a similar experience as our full-time MBA Health but in a flexible online format for those in work. UCL values programme leadership responsibilities as set out in the Academic Careers Framework. Consequently, this role is a great opportunity to share your expertise with staff, students, and society while also developing your career at UCL. They will be responsible for the organisation and management of the programme, rankings, recruitment, and for the academic experience of the students on the programme.
About you
The successful candidate should provide leadership for the team of staff who contribute to modules and teaching for the core and optional elements of the programme, ensuring that these are coherent and appropriate for the achievement of the programme learning outcomes.
Co-ordinate regular meetings with the relevant staff to oversee analysis and response to student feedback collected internally and externally, as well as external examiners’ reports.
Be available to attend role-related meetings, briefings, workshops, training, exhibitions, and conferences at UCL/the Department or externally, as required.
