A fast-growing Build Partner is looking for a Desk Based Coordinator to join their ever-growing team.
You will be responsible for coordinating the allocation and managing the incidents coming from the field engineers. You will need to be able to spin multiple plates at once and be a highly organized individual.

Responsibilities:
1. Reporting daily to the desk manager
2. Responsible for the allocation and management of incidents to the field engineers
3. Maintaining customer awareness of any incidents that occur
4. Managing multiple workloads efficiently
Requirements:
1. Strong IT skills
2. Customer-facing experience
3. Ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously
4. Experience in an admin/office-based/call center role is advantageous
5. Previous customer service experience
6. Holding a full UK driving license
