The Global Head of VIP, Community, and Events will take a pivotal role in enhancing dunhill’s presence within the luxury lifestyle sector. Working closely with the Global Head of PR, and cross-functionally, the role will drive engagement and brand loyalty among high-net-worth individuals and influential communities through executing the VIP/community and events strategy.
This position demands a planner, proactive executor. They must be adept at building and maintaining relationships while delivering on the strategy.
The role requires the individual to have strong relationships across the menswear fashion scene as well as film, sports, arts and hospitality. They must have connections within the entrepreneurial industry (specifically in the UK an US), and a deep understanding of the global menswear industry.
In this role, the individual will also work closely with regional teams, to ensure all global events, big and small, are being executed to the highest of standard and in line with dunhill's brand identity.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Execution and Planning:
1. Executing innovative VIP and community engagement strategy that aligns with Dunhill’s brand vision and business objectives, ensuring a seamless integration with PR and marketing efforts, as built with CMO, CD, etc.
2. Leverage opportunities for collaboration with the Global Head of PR to enhance brand visibility and positioning within luxury markets
VIP Relations:
3. Proactively build and nurture relationships with key VIP clients, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy
4. Curate personalized experiences for VIP clientele, ensuring exceptional service at all interactions, from private appointments to exclusive events
Event Management:
5. Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-profile events, including product launch, client and press/ community dinners, and brand activations, that resonate with the luxury lifestyle audience
6. Collaborate with external vendors, artists, and cultural institutions to create unique, memorable experiences that align with Dunhill's brand identity
Community Building:
7. Design and implement community engagement programs that foster a sense of belonging among Dunhill clients and stakeholders, leveraging both in-person and digital platforms
8. Develop partnerships with cultural, artistic, and fashion institutions to enhance brand recognition and community involvement
Networking and Relationship Management:
9. Utilize an extensive network within the luxury lifestyle sector to identify potential opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and brand ambassadorships
10. Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, representing dunhill and building relationships that further the brand’s reach and influence
Performance Analysis:
11. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of VIP and community initiatives, using metrics to inform strategy and improve future engagements
12. Prepare detailed reports for senior management on engagement metrics, event performance, and strategic insights
Budget Management:
13. Monitor budgets for all events and VIP/Community activations
14. Manage budgets and ensure there is no overspend
Regional Management:
15. Work closely with all heads of each region across their VIP and events strategy ensuring delivery of feedback is given in a timely manner
