We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our client's growing team! In this role, you'll focus on converting warm inbound leads into long-term clients while also providing exceptional account management. If you're proactive, customer-focused, and driven by results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage and convert warm inbound leads into sales.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to meet and exceed targets.
You'll get a basic salary up to £40,000 per year + commission.
Office based Monday - Friday.
20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + Christmas - New Year's shutdown.
Company events such as going to the Chelmsford Races.
