We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for one of our Registered Children's Homes located in Wiltshire.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you're the heart that keeps our home beating, ensuring high-quality support is always at hand for our children and young people. You'll lead the home, overseeing all support services while crafting strategic plans for our home's future growth.
We need a visionary, someone who can stand on the solid foundation of the principles and standards we've established at Next Step Independence, and see the potential for even more. If you're passionate about continuous improvement and raising standards across the board, you're our ideal candidate.
The position is full-time, a 40 hour week, with the expectation that the role holder will create their own work schedule. This may include evenings and weekends, and at times, there may be a requirement to take part in sleeping-in duties.
Our Requirements (E: Essential and D: Desirable)
1. Over the age of 21 (E)
2. The right to work in the UK (E)
3. Ability to travel and hold a clean driving license (E)
4. Have use of vehicle with business insurance (E)
5. 5 years experience working with children at a senior level (E)
6. NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care/Youth Work/Education (E)
7. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or Children and Young People’s Residential Management or working towards it. (E)
8. Enhanced portable DBS (D)
