That deep, purpose-driven leadership doesn’t happen by chance. It is the result of a proven system of developing leaders, which has been constantly improved and innovated.
In October 2023, the Unilever Leadership team announced the Growth Action Plan – a strategy which also includes dialing up the performance edge in our culture. As part of the GAP, we have introduced a new set of Unilever Behaviours that form the base of how we work, how we develop talent and leaders.
