Our client in Dartford is looking for a Customer Returns Specialist to take ownership of the customer returns process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing returned goods. Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage customer returns efficiently to meet performance targets ✔️ Receive and check returned products against the Sales Order Return ✔️ Verify Sales Warranty validity and liaise with Customer Services to resolve discrepancies ✔️ Resolve discrepancies in the information provided within Sales Order Returns ✔️ Ensure unwanted returns are processed correctly, performing quality control and investigations as needed ✔️ Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system (BC) and Excel ✔️ Report progress on returns to Warranty, Customer Services, and Accounts teams ✔️ Manage scrapping of returns, including system transactions, storage, and physical handling ✔️ Investigate and resolve complaints related to returns issues and delays ✔️ Ensure physical items are managed correctly within the Quarantine process ✔️ Support on-site rework events, ensuring smooth supervision and completion What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in returns, logistics, or warehouse management Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Join a supportive team and play a key role in streamlining the returns process Apply now or contact us for more details
