With each project, product, and partnership, we endeavour to forge a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining relationships with Installers and energy suppliers Processing DWP data match requests and results Liaising with the Installers to resolve technical monitoring failures identified by the energy supplier Liaising with the Installers to resolve Trustmark Failures Using various software, this includes Microsoft Office & bespoke energy supplier tools. Resolving energy supplier compliance queries Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers Submitting ECO measures via the energy supplier’s ECO Portal and bespoke platforms Provide compliance training and guidance for Installers as and when required Handling Green Deal Finance customer queries and providing settlement statements PC1 ECO jobs compliance checking and completion Submission of all jobs from the previous month; submitted to energy suppliers by given deadline Liaising with the Finance team to resolve Installer and energy supplier invoice queries Updating internal management reports. Resolving failure measures returned from the energy supplier with the Installer in a timely manner Providing data to IAA to enable them to carry out an audit of ISCA approvals NAV system – updating measure codes and rates Must be able to adapt to change with the ever changing environment of ECO Skills and experience Required: Excel and MS Word Excellent organisation, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Building & maintaining relationships with installers & energy suppliers.
