Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Specification Sales Manager A&D in the South West of England Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for working with architects, designers, and consultants to promote and sell Franklite's exceptional luminaires. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and The Person:
* Sales and business development skills
* Task management – arranging appointments, meeting deadlines and concise reports
* Client Relationship Management (CRM) and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Experience in the lighting or interior design industry
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* 80% of your effort will be dedicated to specification working with interior designers, lighting designers & consultants; 20% with the Retailers and Distributors
* Providing a consultancy-based approach to sales
* Attend industry events, networking, present presentations, including product demonstrations (lunch and learn), training and CPD seminars
* Knowledge of lighting products and trends
* Full driving licence
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Existing relationships with A&D clients in The North of England
* Visit project sites
