About us:
Our Heysham Project supports six individuals to live in their self-contained flats. The individuals have diverse needs, which include learning disabilities, mental health conditions, forensic backgrounds, and some behaviors that challenge. All new starters will receive appropriate training and shadow shifts with well-established team members; only when staff are confident will they go “live” with individuals.
Each day is different in the role of a support worker. A support worker helps individuals achieve their personal goals, no matter how big or small. It is about assisting individuals to live a full and worthwhile life, promoting choice, encouraging healthy lifestyles, cooking nice meals, supporting individuals to be valued members of the community, maintaining good health, and engaging with family. A support worker has the amazing opportunity to assist individuals in living their best lives.

You will have the choice to be paid weekly or monthly. We offer contracts from 15 hours up to 48 hours per week.
