Your new role
It is an Executive Officer role at a leading Government organisation. This contract is for 4 months initially, and it is part time (3-4 days a week, or potentially 5 days but shorter hours, they are flexible on this).
The team are based in London, however they are flexible and it could even be a remote role.
The role is working on a specific HR project called "Right to Work" where they have 4000 staff members to check their RTW statuses.
Duties as follows:
1. Work within the project Team, reporting to Project Support Lead.
2. Engage with GRS to ensure checks are progressing, addressing challenges and errors if these emerge.
3. Work with HEO to ensure checks are progressed in a structured manner and any complaints or challenges promptly addressed.
4. Organising batches of checks to be completed.
5. Sending comms and updates to the business.
6. Supporting individuals struggling to use the IDVT platform.
7. Ensuring smooth transfer to UK SBS.
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working in a government or public sector department.

* Experience working in an administrative capacity.
