Our client is a Facilities Management company with an extensive client portfolio UK Wide. It is looking to hire a CAFM and Compliance Coordinator in Bury St Edmunds.
As the CAFM and Compliance Coordinator, you will have a good understanding of facilities management and maintenance. You will ideally have worked on a FM Helpdesk and have managed PPMs for engineers.
This role involves:
1. Keeping excel spreadsheets up-to-date
2. Monitoring PPMs
3. Ensuring works are carried out on time
4. Liaising with engineers
5. Making sure documents and compliance papers are also kept up-to-date
Our client is offering:
