A full driving licence is an essential requirement This post is subject to a satisfactory to the organisation Disclosure and Barring Check Job Purpose To deploy as a member of the university security function, your main duties will be to provide uniformed patrols on a shift pattern of twelve-hours, starting at 6 pm and ceasing at 6am. Patrols will involve foot, cycle, and use of vehicles, responding to incidents on university property, and will include responsibilities away from the University site either involving students or as part of other contracted security responsibilities. Safety of the staff and students is our priority, in addition to ensuring the safety and welfare of all people connected with or visiting the University, the protection of university property and the regulation of vehicle movement on and around the University site.
