IT Support Technician / Specialist. We're seeking an experienced IT Support Technician / Specialist to join our small, dynamic team based in Swindon. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting and developing our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrating a strong background in network and IT management
* Leveraging experience with CRM and ERP systems
* Project managing IT projects, such as migrations from on-premise to Cloud
* Maintaining and enhancing existing IT systems
* Integrating new technologies to improve efficiency
* Ensuring the security of our IT environment
Essential Skills:
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
* Expertise in Microsoft Windows, CRM, and ERP systems
* IT security expertise, including cyber essentials
* Proven ability to manage IT projects successfully

About the Role:
This is an office-based position requiring a five-day-per-week commitment. You will be eligible for security clearance and ideally, you will live within a 45-60 minute commute of Swindon.
