We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with proven experience and financial management skills to join our UK Sustainability and ESG Services, Supply Chain Management Team. The role will have responsibility for the following tasks: Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices Improving project management systems, processes and best practices with a particular focus on managing revenue recognition, weekly WIP reports, team utilisation and project profitability Ensuring projects are timely invoiced and cash is collected with no overdue to optimize Cash flow Overseeing team resourcing and utilisation (using ResourceBank) and overseeing the correctness and the timely submission of the Time Sheets Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage the team operational budget and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs Support the procurement of items such as IT equipment and other office items Proven project management skills If you feel that this is the place for you, apply Please note we may close this position earlier in case of finding successful candidates.
