We're looking for an M&E Planner to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) which is our internal MEP self delivery business within Kier Group. Location : Basingstoke. Covering projects in the Southern Region Contract : Full time, permanent. What will you be responsible for? As an M&E Planner within KME, you will be working across multiple projects in a range of sectors, such as Custodial, Defence, Laboratories, Education and Commercial. Your day to day will include: · Create and maintain project MEP programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject, ensuring compliance with Kier's standards and contract requirements. · Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. · Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme. · Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication. · Promote an inclusive workplace, encouraging diversity and supporting team wellbeing. What are we looking for?
