* Answer telephones in a polite & professional manner; direct queries as appropriate, take messages and relay the information to the appropriate person
* Receive visitors to the site - ensure they are correctly signed in & aware of Company House Rules and safety protocols
* Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned
* Collect and distribute mail
* Distribute courier deliveries & arrange courier consignments
* Control and implement ordering of stationery, office furniture and canteen supplies as necessary
* Assist in setting up meeting rooms
Previous experience in similar role
* Polite telephone manner
* Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
