Working collaboratively with professional colleagues and in the best interests of patients. Onward referral of personnel to enhanced practitioners, specialists or consultants for treatment as appropriate. Ensuring that contemporaneous notes are recorded on individuals integrated electronic healthcare records for all episodes of care.
