You will work with a diverse range of property and visitor experience experts, both centrally and regionally. As this is a national role, there is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week. Frequent national travel is required to the pilot locations so a full driving licence and a willingness to spend occasional nights away from home are essential. This role is offered initially as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract but may be extended by up to a further 24 months if the pilots are successful.You’ll be helping the Project Manager deliver a successful feasibility studies into outdoor visitor numbers, experiences and needs. You will help select the National Trust properties where these pilots will be based and engage with the property and Visitor Experience teams in these locations to build strong and trusting relationships.You’ll undertake site-surveys to determine the best locations for counting people, liaise with 3rd party vendors, train local teams, monitor data quality and take proactive corrective action if needed. You may deputise for the Project Manager at meetings with senior managers and 3rd party vendors.
