A vacancy has arisen for the post of Personal Assistant to the Head of Human Resources (HR). The HR Department is an essential support function, supporting our staff and clinical teams in delivering healthcare across the region. We are looking for people who are committed to working in a demanding but enjoyable role in the NHS with a varied portfolio of services that are managed within the team including the Boards Medical Staffing Service.
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre and enthusiastic individual to work within our HR Team as a Personal Assistant, providing senior level administrative and business support to the Head of HR, as well as providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
The post holder will be required to deal with matters of a personal and confidential nature relating to staff, correspond with a number of stakeholders, including both national colleagues and some external colleagues to the NHS, as well as taking a pro-active role to action and progress work on behalf of the Head of HR.

The post is offered as full time which is 37 hours per week and we support opportunities for flexible working which includes the ability for hybrid working.
