Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for day-to-day queries.
* Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
* Review and coach junior staff, providing on-the-job training and fostering their development.
* Contribute to business development by identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals.
* Assist in the preparation of Audit Findings Reports and presenting them to clients.
* Monitor progress against budgets and provide solutions for issues identified during audits.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing solutions.

About You:
* ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with significant auditing and accounting experience.
* Proficient in UKGAAP accounting, Microsoft Office, and audit methodology.
* Demonstrated ability to manage audits and lead client relationships.

* A proactive, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
