We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join us that are naturally warm, caring and want to support our clients to reach their potential. You will already have experience of role modelling good support of people with a learning disability, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. With our training and values, we will then help you develop the skills you need to be a great Deputy Manager. With a strong understanding of legislation and best practice, the role will include supporting the service manager to lead the team in providing quality support for the individuals that live at St Botolphs.
