Department: Customer Support Services - Customer Engagement Closing Date: Friday 16th May 2025 Argyll and Bute Council's Customer Engagement Team are looking to recruit a Customer Service Centre Agent based in Kilmory Reception, Lochgilphead. This is a full time post working 35 hours per week. The post holder is required to deal with visitors to Kilmory Reception and answer telephone calls along with other channels received via the busy Customer Service Centre. The post holder will require to provide a quality customer focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team offering advice and information on Council Services, carrying out a range of duties in accordance with Council Policy, Service Guidelines and Procedures. Using a range of PC systems including CRM, FAQ system, email, internet and telephone systems. Ensure consistency in high standards of customer care are maintained, ensuring that the Data Protection and Health & Safety legislation is complied with at all times.
