4. Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
5. Innovate the Curriculum: Contribute to the development of the science curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources.

Requirements:
8. A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
9. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
10. At least 2 years of teaching experience in Science.
11. Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
