Description Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that foster a constructive workplace culture. Prepare reports on culture and performance initiatives for senior management. Coordinate and manage learning programmes and HR systems. Support in-person training logistics and requirements. Foster creativity and innovation within the organisation. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. Align with the organisation's values of Partnership, Respect, and Pride Provide coaching and support to staff to improve performance. Profile A successful candidate should possess: A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector. A solid grasp of performance management processes. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
