Holt Recruitment is working with an Electrical manufacturer in Fareham. They are looking for an administrator to join the company on a permanent, full-time basis. Monday to Friday – 07:30 – 16:30, Fridays are an early finish of 12/12:30. No hybrid or remote working is available.
What’s the role?
Administrator duties will include:
- Verify that engineering document revisions are aligned with customer orders and print Route Cards for production as needed, by the production plan.
- Prepare Job Packs based on the Engineering Configuration Control Sheet.
- Manage and update the Engineering Kanban Board.
- Follow up with engineers to ensure timely release of assembly documentation that requires updates.
- Provide support to engineers in updating Assembly Aids and other engineering-related documents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Engineer, in line with business needs.

- Desire to meet deadlines.
