The Role: Our client is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join their dynamic team and help elevate SIMPro, their cutting-edge mobile data connectivity platform. They are seeking someone to join their thriving R&D team and directly influence the testing and automation strategies for their high-performance platform. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in an agile team to deliver high-quality products. Participate in refinement and design sessions, review code, and provide feedback. Develop test plans and cases to validate performance and identify bugs. Build, maintain, and optimise automated test scripts and pipelines. Define and improve automated testing processes to enhance quality. Required Skills: Strong command over automation tools like Playwright and Selenium. Proven expertise in UI and API testing - comfortable with testing front-end and back-end. Experience with Java/ Typescript is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to debug complex bugs and issues. Self-driven and independent, with a passion for owning outcomes and delivering results. Familiarity with JIRA in an agile environment is essential. Desired Skills: Experience with CI/CD processes and building pipelines. Familiarity with tools like Git and Jenkins.
